Study MBBS in Bangladesh: Eligibility criteria for International students
- For SSC or equivalent and HSC or equivalent exams, a minimum total GPA of 9 is required.
- Minority ethnic groups and hill district candidates need a minimum aggregate GPA of 8.
- Candidates with a GPA below 3.50 in any exam are ineligible.
- A minimum GPA of 3.50 in Biology in HSC or equivalent exams is mandatory.
- Must pass SSC/SLC/O-level/GCSE or equivalent exams with a minimum of 5 subjects and an average GPA of 3.00.
- HSC/A-level/12-grade or equivalent exams with Biology, Chemistry & Physics require an average GPA of 3.00.
- The total aggregate GPA must be a minimum of 7.00, and Biology must have a GPA of 3.50.
- All international students must apply for an equivalence certificate through the Bangladesh Embassy via the Director-General of Health Service of Bangladesh’s Government.

Admission Procedure of MBBS for Foreign Students in Bangladesh
- Students will face a 100-mark MCQ exam consisting of Physics (20 marks), Chemistry (25 marks), Biology (30 marks), English (15 marks), and General Knowledge, History, and Liberation War (10 marks).
- Each question carries one mark, with a deduction of 0.25 marks for incorrect answers.
- To pass, a minimum of 40 marks out of 100 in the written examination is required.
- Successful candidates will be published on the result and merit list.
